Global Independent Ethics Consortium (GIEC) is a multidisciplinary ethics committee dedicated to safeguarding the rights, safety, and well-being of human subjects involved in clinical trials, bioavailability, and bioequivalence studies. Our consortium comprises medical, non-medical, scientific, and non-scientific experts who ensure ethical integrity and regulatory compliance in clinical research.
GIEC operates in strict accordance with the New Drugs and Clinical Trials Rules, 2019 (G.S.R. 227(E) - Gazette of India) and the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. We conduct comprehensive reviews and grant ethical approvals for clinical studies at appropriate intervals, ensuring adherence to national and international ethical guidelines.
